Why does...

...THIS sound like a bad idea?!?!?! Hmmm?!?!?

We've got cops in this country being questioned and investigated thoroughly nearly each and every time they need to use a taser, but now the company that makes them wants to have a civilian model?!?!??

I think I'm gonna barf.
